Earth Day Celebration, 2022

We will honor the Earth, our common home, with festivities that everyone can enjoy.

Build Connections. Get inspired to make a difference.

The UUFP will be partnering with the Nature Center at Point au Roche State Park to offer an exciting program of activities in celebration of Earth Day. We hope you will join us and also connect with others committed to climate justice!

Where: The Nature Center at Point au Roche State Park
When: Saturday, April 30, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
What to expect? Live music, speakers, information booths, activities for children, and more.

What happened with the April 23 event in downtown Plattsburgh? The fellowship had originally planned to co-host an activity at 100 Margaret, but circumstances led us to cancel our participation in that event. 100 Margaret will continue to host a separate Earth Day celebration, but the UUFP will be moving its contributions to the April 30 event.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

Want to volunteer? The event has many components, and so we could use a team to help it go smoothly.  Find out how you can help
