After all the noise, we enter a new season with clarity: clarity about what’s at stake, but also clarity about the strengths we’ll need to cultivate if we are to be truly with and for one another. Join Rev. Nicoline and members of the Worship Team as we gather our energies in the face of a new season.
And if you are willing … Bring something beautiful* to church on Sunday, something that makes your heart burst open with love for this world. We’ll use it to help build an altar together (and don’t worry, you can take it home again when you leave).
* beautiful, but no bigger than a teapot!
Attend in person or online.
Have a Joy or Sorrow to Share?
Here are several options for ensuring your message is shared at a Sunday service:
- Complete and submit our online form by 9 a.m. Sunday.
- If you plan to attend service in person, arrive by 10:15 and note your Joy or Sorrow on a paper form, available on the greeter’s table near the entryway. It will be read aloud during the service.
- If you arrive on Zoom with a joy or sorrow, you may type it into Chat, addressed to “Sanctuary.” Someone from the tech team will read it aloud.
- If you have trouble navigating the online form and would like to email your joy or sorrow, write layministers@uuplattsburgh.org.
