Title: Worship Service Technician

Exemption Status: Non-exempt

Reports to: Minister

Hours of work: Part-time, approximately four hours per week, including onsite hours at 4 Palmer St., Plattsburgh, NY, from 9:15-11:45 a.m. select Sundays (schedule TBD to a maximum of 24 Sundays per year).

Compensation: $20 per hour, payable bi-weekly.

Overview: The Worship Service Technician will play a primary technical support role in the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Plattsburgh’s dual-platform Sunday services. This includes both initiation and shut down of equipment, operating A-V equipment during the in-person worship service, as well as attending to Zoom hosting duties during the service. The Worship Service Technician, in collaboration with the Worship Leader, will help ensure a quality experience for both remote and onsite participants.
Preference in hiring will be given to non-members of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Plattsburgh.
